Magdalena had to travel to play their first game of the season, and the final result was worth the trip. They put a hurting on they to the tune of 50-0.
Meanwhile, Logan suffered a grim 18-46 defeat to Springfield last Friday. Logan were in a tough position by the half, with the score sitting at 6-38.
Magdalena's win lifted them to 1-0 while Logan's loss dropped them down to 0-2. We'll see if Magdalena's success rolls on or if Logan are able to steal their positive momentum.
