Tremayne Hill Dazzles in Katy Victory
Starting off the list is Katy's Tremayne Hill, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Hill rushed for 104 yards and three touchdowns on only ten carries. He is on a roll when it comes to rushing touchdowns, as he's now punched in two or more in the last three games he's played dating back to last season.
Katy Taylor's probably not too fond of Hill given he always seems to get the better of them. When Hill last faced the Mustangs back in November of 2023, he rushed for 183 yards and a touchdown while picking up 9.2 yards per carry.

Jordan Wins Seventh-Straight Thanks to Beau Bryant
Beau Bryant's big game helped extend Jordan's winning streak to seven on Friday. Bryant was dynamite, throwing for 228 yards and two touchdowns on only 19 passes, while also rushing for 65 yards and a touchdown on only nine carries.
Jordan's win was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 7-0. Bryant and Jordan will face off against Katy at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Meadows Made His Presence Known in Tompkins' 42-7 Win
Ethan Meadows continued his hot streak on Friday by dropping his third-straight game with at least two rushing touchdowns. He rushed for 88 yards and three touchdowns on only five carries. He got the majority of those rushing yards when he took off on a run that went for an incredible 80 yards.
The win got Tompkins back to even at 3-3. Meadows and Tompkins will face off against Cinco Ranch at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.

Josh Davis Turns in Season-Best Performance
Josh Davis produced his most outstanding game to date while leading Tompkins to the win on Friday. Davis wasn't messing around, picking up two sacks and making 11 total tackles. The match was his sixth straight with seven or more total tackles dating back to last season. Tompkins is 2-1 when Davis posts two or more sacks, but 1-2 otherwise.
On the season, Davis has averaged 11 total tackles per game and for the season has 4 sacks. He is looking even better than he did last year: after six games last season, he was only averaging 2.83 total tackles per game.

Zion Jones Goes Supernova in Jordan Win
Zion Jones was instrumental in extending Jordan's winning streak to seven on Friday. Jones turned in nothing short of a gem, rushing for 137 yards and a touchdown. Those 137 rushing yards gave him a new career-high.
For the season, Jones has run in 10 touchdowns while averaging 73.4 rushing yards per game. He is looking even better than he did last year: after seven games last season, he was only averaging 2.14 rushing yards per game.
