Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Gaston Christian). They claimed a resounding 91-43 victory over the Carolina Day Wildcats. The Eagles haven't had any issues with the Wildcats recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive win against them.

Gaston Christian's win on Friday was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Brayden Milner, who shot 80% from the field to rack up 22 points. Milner continues to improve, besting his previous point total in each of the last three games he's played. Jaishawn Woods was another key player, going 6-for-10 on his way to 13 points and three steals.

Gaston Christian was working as a unit and finished the game with 20 assists. The team's really been improving in that area: they've now improved their assist total in three consecutive games.

Gaston Christian's victory bumped their record up to 8-0. As for Carolina Day, their loss dropped their record down to 2-2.

Gaston Christian wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 72-57 win against Queen's Grant on the 22nd. As for Carolina Day, after both having extra time off, they and IC Imagine will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 7:00 p.m. on December 2. The Wildcats will need to watch out since the Kingfishers have now posted at least 55 points every time they've taken the court this season.
