If Combs wanted to avenge their loss from the last time they played Eastmark, they should've done a better job of containing McKenna Jackson. The Firebirds walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Coyotes on Monday thanks in part to Jackson, who had 28 digs. She is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had 11 or more in each of the last 25 games she's played dating back to last season.

The final score came out to 25-23, 25-16, 20-25, 25-19.

The win made it two in a row for Eastmark and bumps their season record up to 6-10. As for Combs, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 10-24.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Eastmark is set to challenge their familiar foe Poston Butte at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Combs will take on rival ALA - Gilbert North at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
