The Duncan Wildkats had to endure a five-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They came out on top against San Manuel by a score of 46-39 on Wednesday. The win was just what Duncan needed coming off of a 52-30 loss in their prior game.
Isaac Harris was his usual excellent self, scoring 17 points along with five rebounds and five steals. He hasn't dropped below two steals for 15 straight games. Isiah Sumner was another key contributor, dropping a double-double on 13 points and 16 rebounds.
Duncan's win ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 6-16. As for San Manuel, they have not been sharp recently, as they've lost eight of their last nine matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-15 record this season.
Duncan will look to defend their home court on Saturday against Superior at 5:00 p.m. San Manuel does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
