The Shalom Christian Academy Flames scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Tuesday. They came out on top against Grace Academy by a score of 72-59. That looming 72-59 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for Shalom Christian Academy yet this season.
Several Knights players turned in solid performances, despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Carson Feeser, who scored 18 points along with five assists and four steals. Feeser hasn't dropped below two steals for five straight games. The team also got some help courtesy of Peter Ciardiello, who scored 21 points along with eight rebounds and three steals.
Shalom Christian Academy's victory bumped their record up to 4-5. As for Grace Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-2.
Shalom Christian Academy will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Cumberland Valley Christian at 8:00 p.m. Cumberland Valley Christian is coming into the contest on a three-game losing streak. As for Grace Academy, they will head out on the road to challenge GVCS Broadfording at 8:30 p.m. on Friday. Hopefully GVCS Broadfording focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 14 last Monday.
