Isaiah Gallegos Drops League-Best Performance on Thursday
Starting off the list is Rocky Ford's Isaiah Gallegos, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Gallegos threw for 246 yards and five touchdowns while completing 73.3% of his passes, and also rushed for 54 yards and a touchdown.
Rocky Ford's victory ended a seven-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 2-4. Gallegos and Rocky Ford will take on Las Animas at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.

Springfield picked up their fifth consecutive win on Friday thanks in part to COLBY BATTERTON. BATTERTON's rushing production has been exceptional recently as that marked his fourth straight game with at least 132 rushing yards dating back to last season.
Springfield pushed their record up to 5-1 with the victory, which was their fourth straight on the road. BATTERTON and Springfield will be playing in front of their home fans against Swink at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.

Mason Barr and Co. Win Sixth in a Row
Mason Barr was instrumental in extending McClave's winning streak to six on Saturday. Barr was unstoppable, picking up 67 receiving yards and a touchdown, while also rushing for 95 yards. He also deserves a shoutout for his performance on D, making eight total tackles and defending a pass in addition to snagging three interceptions.
McClave pushed their record up to 6-0 with the win, which was their eighth straight at home dating back to last season. A feisty cat fight will be fought when Cardinals challenges Holly at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Mcclave Wins Sixth-Straight Thanks to Ethan Bronniman
McClave picked up their sixth consecutive win on Saturday thanks in part to Ethan Bronniman. Bronniman did his part (and then some), rushing for 60 yards and two touchdowns on only eight carries, while also throwing for 144 yards and two touchdowns for the 'W'.
On the year, Bronniman has thrown 8 touchdowns while averaging 98 passing yards per game. It gets even more impressive: after six games last season, he was only averaging 8.83 rushing yards per game. This year he is averaging 45.83 rushing yards.
