The Arrowhead Christian Academy Eagles won the last time they faced the 91st Psalm Christian School Eagles, and things went their way on Tuesday too. Arrowhead Christian Academy enjoyed a cozy 40-23 victory over 91st Psalm Christian School.
Arrowhead Christian Academy's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Kate Mendez, who dropped a double-double on 12 points and 11 rebounds. Mendez continues to roll, besting her previous point total in each of the last three games she's played. Kyra Beilke was another key contributor, scoring six points along with eight rebounds and two blocks.
Arrowhead Christian Academy's win was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 9-2. As for 91st Psalm Christian School, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-4.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Arrowhead Christian Academy will take on Ville de Marie Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for 91st Psalm Christian School, they will stay at home for another game and welcome Imagine Prep Coolidge at 5:00 p.m. on February 2nd.
