After losing to the Taylor Allderdice Dragons the last time they met, the Gateway Gators decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. Gateway secured a 56-51 W over Taylor Allderdice on Tuesday.
Taylor Allderdice's loss came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Major Rainey, who scored 12 points along with 4 steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Maayan Kohai, who scored 10 points.
Gateway now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Taylor Allderdice, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-1.
Gateway will head out on the road to face off against Penn Hills at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Taylor Allderdice, they will stay at home for another game and welcome Erie at 7:00 p.m. on December 6th.
