Meanwhile, Jones lost  20-7 to Bethel Christian Academy on Monday.
  Riley Murphy made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and  scored two  runs while going 2-for-2. The team also got some help courtesy of  Makenzie Maines, who  scored two  runs while going 2-for-3.
 James Kenan now  has a losing record of 1-2. As for Jones, they dropped their record down to 1-1 with the  defeat, which was their fourth straight  at home dating back to last season.
