On Friday, Crismon took their contest on the road with ease, bagging a 78-19 victory over Sequoia Pathway Academy. For those curious, yes, that was the biggest win Crismon has managed all season.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Crismon to victory, but perhaps none more so than Colton Helland, who scored 14 points along with four steals. Those 14 points set a new season-high mark for him. Tobey White was another key contributor, scoring 13 points.
The victory makes it two in a row for Crismon and bumps their season record up to 6-6. As for Sequoia Pathway Academy, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-5.
Crismon won't have much time to rest: their next match is against Mogollon at 1:30 p.m. on December 16th. Mogollon will be looking to keep their three-game home win streak alive. Sequoia Pathway Academy will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Horizon Honors at 7:00 p.m. on January 5, 2024. Horizon Honors presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Sequoia Pathway Academy in Arizona (Horizon Honors is ranked 113th, while Sequoia Pathway Academy is ranked 330th).
