Kamiakin's rock-solid pitchers showed up for the team's third consecutive shutout on Friday. They blew past the Chiawana Riverhawks 10-0. The result was nothing new for the Braves, who have now won five matches by nine runs or more so far this season.

Kamiakin pushed their record up to 8-1 with the victory, which was their fourth straight at home. Those home wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 0.8 runs on average over those games. As for Chiawana, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 7-4.

Coincidentally, Kamiakin and Chiawana will both be playing Walla Walla the next time they take the field. The Braves will host the Blue Devils at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, while the Riverhawks will head out to face them at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
