Levi Cornell put in work no matter where he played. On the mound, he pitched 6.2 innings while giving up just two earned runs off six hits. He was also solid in the batter's box, getting on base in three of his four plate appearances with one stolen base.
Cornell wasn't the only one making solid contact as four players wound up with at least one hit. One of them was Nolan Whisel, who went 2-for-4 with one stolen base and one run.
Meanwhile, while Chestnut Ridge put up some runs on Tuesday, the same can't be said for Greater Johnstown. The Lions had just enough and edged out the Trojans 2-0. The Lions haven't had any issues with the Trojans recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive win against them.
The result came thanks to Brody Halkovich's shutout, as he gave up just four hits and racked up nine Ks. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than two walks in five consecutive appearances.

It's a different story for Chestnut Ridge, though, as they've been averaging an even more impressive 1 stolen bases. Will they be able to secure the bases, or will Everett continue to outrun the ball?
