Basketball Recap: Friday's Victory Is Sage Ridge's Third in Last Four Outings

The Sage Ridge Scorpions blew past the Sierra Sage Academy/Right Of Passage Rams 56-18 on Friday thanks in part to Soran, who went 12 for 17 on her way to 28 points. The matchup was her ninth in a row with at least ten points.

Sage Ridge is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games, which provided a nice bump to their 6-5 record this season. The wins came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 28.5 points per game. As for Sierra Sage Academy/Right Of Passage, they are on a 15-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-14.
