The Front Royal Christian Warriors lost against the Randolph-Macon Academy Yellow Jackets back in January, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. Front Royal Christian's tough 76-50 loss to the Yellow Jackets might stick with them for a while. Front Royal Christian has not had much luck with the Yellow Jackets recently, as the team's come up short the last two times they've met.
Nolan Kirabo was his usual excellent self, scoring 35 points along with two steals for Randolph-Macon Academy. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Kirabo has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Johnathan Doku, who scored 19 points along with seven rebounds and six assists.
Front Royal Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Randolph-Macon Academy, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 13-1.
Front Royal Christian does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Randolph-Macon Academy will head out on the road to take on the Warriors at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Quantico will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Virginia Rankings (they are ranked 382nd, while the Yellow Jackets are ranked 133rd).
