Timber Creek had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They strolled past the Franklin Cougars with  points to spare on Friday, taking the game  56-40. The  victory was nothing new for the Falcons as they're now sitting on six straight.
 Jillian Topping had a dynamite game for Timber Creek,  almost  dropping  a double-double with 24 points and nine  rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of  Kylee Hunt, who  posted five  points along with eight  boards and five  assists.
 Timber Creek was working as a unit and  finished the game with 12  assists. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Franklin only six  assists.
 Franklin's loss  came despite strong showings from  Allison De La O and  Isabella Lee.  De La O  earned 11 points in addition to six  rebounds and five  steals, while  Lee  on her way to 12  points.
Timber Creek's win bumped their record up to 24-10. As for Franklin, their loss dropped their record down to 22-10.
 Timber Creek didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next  match,  a  65-47  defeat against Plano East on the 18th. Franklin does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
