Cocalico extended the longest winning streak in Lancaster-Lebanon 2 this week by beating Ephrata, 54-0. The victory was the seventh in a row for the Eagles.
Colin Fry and Ian Hanselman gave Manheim Central a balanced attack through the air and ground last week. Fry threw for 83 yards and three touchdowns, while Hanselman ran for 209 yards. Justin Greene also contributed to the rushing game with 52 yards on the ground.
Kirby Breault was the best wideout in the league this week as Elizabethtown bested Lebanon. Breault racked up two receptions for 50 yards. Luke Longenecker helped Elizabethtown's passing attack out by catching one ball for 38 yards.
The Barons' Fry and Taylor Geib have formed a dynamic duo this season, leading the league in both passing and receiving yards. Fry has thrown for 1757 yards this season, while Geib, a 6-foot-2 receiver, has 41 catches for 839 yards. Conestoga Valley's Anthony Brown leads the league in rushing yards with 1339.
Cocalico led Lancaster-Lebanon 2 in scoring this week after putting up 54 points on the Mountaineers. Nick Reitenbach ran for 92 yards in the win.
