Everything went their way against Crockett Tech as Davis Aerospace Tech made off with a 65-44 victory. The victory was just what Davis Aerospace Tech needed coming off of a 70-27 loss in their prior game.
Davis Aerospace Tech's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Myron Dean, who scored 33 points. That makes it three consecutive games in which Dean has scored at least a third of Davis Aerospace Tech's points. Jontae Brooks was another key contributor, scoring 20 points.
Davis Aerospace Tech's win bumped their record up to 9-6. As for Crockett Tech, their loss dropped their record down to 1-10.
Davis Aerospace Tech will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on the at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Crockett Tech is on the road again on Thursday and plays the Eagles at 5:00 p.m. on February 1st. Detroit Public Safety Academy is coming into the match hot, having won their last eight games.
