Park had to skate by with only a two-run margin when they last took the field, which might have inspired the 11-run drubbing they dealt Irondale on Friday. The Wolfpack put the hurt on the Knights with a sharp 11-0 victory. The result was nothing new for the Wolfpack, who have now won five games by six runs or more so far this season.

Park's win bumped their record up to 7-3. As for Irondale, their defeat was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 1-10.

Coincidentally, Park and Irondale will both be playing Mounds View the next time they take the field. The Knights will head out to face the Mustangs at 4:30 p.m. on Saturday, while the Wolfpack will head out to face them at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
