After two weeks on the road, Nicholas County is heading back home. They will square off against Bath County at 7:00 PM on Friday. If the game is anything like the 55-44 finish from the last time they met, the scorekeeper will be kept real busy.

Meanwhile, Bath County came into their this week averaging 34.88 points per game, but Bath County fell well short of that average, and it cost them. They were completely outmatched, falling 6-42 to Russell. The state rankings had actually given Bath County a slight edge heading into the game, making this hurt that much more.
Nicholas County's victory lifted them to 7-2 while Bath County's defeat dropped them down to 6-3. We'll find out if Nicholas County can add another positive mark to their record or if Bath County can shake off the defeat and take the spring out of Nicholas County's step.
