The Barker Bulldogs's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Thursday after their third straight loss. They were dealt a 64-33 defeat at the hands of Newfane. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points Barker has scored all season.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Newfane to victory, but perhaps none more so than Brayden Seitz, who scored ten points along with six rebounds and three steals. Seitz hasn't dropped below two steals for seven straight games. Ben Dickinson was another key contributor, scoring six points along with 14 rebounds and three blocks.
Barker's defeat dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Newfane, the win (which was their 11th in a row) raised their record to 13-1.
Coincidentally, the pair will both be playing Medina the next time they take the court. Newfane will host Medina at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, while Barker will head out to face them at 6:00 p.m. on February 13th.
