That  home run was  Warnock's first of the season.  Maddie Carruthers was another key player,  going 2-for-4 with one  double and one  RBI.
 Cedarville wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next  game,  an  11-7  loss against Greeneview on the 14th. As for West Jefferson, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next  contest,  a  10-0  win against Northeastern on the 12th.
