Kiley Sledge put up the most strikeouts she's had since back in March on Thursday. She struck out 11 batters over seven innings while giving up four earned (and one unearned) runs off five hits. She was up against Fife and has quite the history against that squad, as she also had a great game the last time she faced them back in April of 2024. Sledge has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't tossed less than seven strikeouts in five consecutive appearances.
