The Black Hills Wolves waltzed into their matchup  on Friday with two straight wins  but they left with three. They came out on top against Rochester by a score of  48-40. That's another feather in the cap for Black Hills, who also won these teams' last head-to-head.
 Black Hills found their leader in underclassman  Natalie Buchanan, who  almost  dropped  a double-double on 16 points and nine  rebounds. It was the first time this season that  Buchanan  scored 15 or more points. Another player making a difference was  Tyler Venable, who  scored nine points along with seven  rebounds and four  steals.
 Despite the loss, Rochester still got an impressive performance from   Mandy Andree-Cordell, who  scored 12 points.
 Black Hills is  on a roll lately: they've  won nine of their last ten games,  which provided a nice bump to their 17-3 record this season. As for Rochester, they dropped their record down to 10-10 with that  defeat, which was their third straight  on the road.
 Black Hills does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Rochester also has no future games currently scheduled.
