Roxbury stacked a third blowout onto their ever-increasing hoard on Friday. They breezed by Livingston at home to the tune of 41-0. Given Roxbury's advantage in MaxPreps' New Jersey football rankings (they are ranked 23rd, while Livingston is ranked 201st), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
Meanwhile, Colonia put the finishing touches on their third blowout victory of the season on Friday. They blew past Rahway 35-7 at home. The victory was just what Colonia needed coming off of a 64-35 defeat in their prior match.
Jaeden Jones continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, rushing for 238 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 11.3 yards per carry, and also throwing for 157 yards and two touchdowns while completing 75% of his passes. Jones hasn't dropped below 100 rushing yards for eight straight games. Nygel Hill was another key contributor, picking up 81 receiving yards and two touchdowns.
