 Back at the plate,  the team  relied heavily on  Cal Miller, who  went 2-for-4 with a  home run, two  runs,  and a  stolen base. He is on a roll when it comes to  stolen bases, as he's  now  stolen  at least one in the last six games he's  played. Another player making a difference was  Kade Marriott, who  scored two  runs and  stole a base while going 2-for-5.
 Clearfield's loss dropped their record down to 6-11. As for Viewmont, the  victory (which was their tenth in a row) raised their record to 12-3.
 Clearfield will head out on the road to  face off against  Bountiful at 3:30  p.m.  on Monday. Bountiful will roll in looking for their  fourth straight  win, something Clearfield surely won't give up without a fight.
