St. John-Endicott/LaCrosse's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Friday after their fifth straight loss. Their rough 65-39 loss to Pomeroy might stick with them for a while. St. John-Endicott/LaCrosse has not had much luck with the Pirates recently, as the team's come up short the last six times they've met.
Oliver Severs continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines for Pomeroy, scoring 18 points along with five rebounds and five steals. Braxton McKeirnan was another key contributor, scoring 12 points along with eight rebounds and two steals.
St. John-Endicott/LaCrosse's loss was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 4-13. As for Pomeroy, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 15-3.
St. John-Endicott/LaCrosse does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Pomeroy won't have much time to rest: their next game is against the Knights at 5:30 p.m. on February 3rd. Sunnyside Christian is also coming in off of a big victory, so somebody is in for a big reversal of fortune.
