WF West came tearing into Friday's matchup with five straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 6.4 runs), and they left with even more momentum. Everything went their way against the Black Hills Wolves as they made off with a 13-1 win. The result was nothing new for the Bearcats, who have now won ten games by six runs or more so far this season.

WF West's victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 18-2-1. The home wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.3 runs on average over those games. As for Black Hills, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-12.
