Saraland had already won five in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 11.6 runs) and they went ahead and made it six on Friday. They never let the Theodore Bobcats get on the board and left with a 10-0 win. The Spartans might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 12 games by six runs or more this season.

Saraland's victory was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 20-11. Those road wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.5 runs on average over those games. As for Theodore, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 12-17.

Saraland does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Theodore, they will face off against St. Michael Catholic at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. The last three games the Cardinals have played have been within two runs, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.
