Laramie had to kick off their season on the road on Thursday, but they showed no ill effects. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 56-53 win over the Riverton Wolverines. The Plainsmen haven't had any issues with the Wolverines recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive victory against them.
