 On the hitting side,  Eli Bennett was  incredible,  going 2-for-3 with one  home run, four  RBI,  and two  runs. That's the most  RBI  he has posted since back in May of 2024. Another player making a difference was  Tyler Carlos, who  scored two  runs and  stole a base while  getting on base  in all three of his plate appearances.
 Cathedral  always had someone on base and  finished the game having  posted an OBP of .533. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as St. Xavier only posted  an  OBP of  .263.
