In what's become a running theme this season, the Halifax Wildcats gave their fans yet another huge victory on Saturday. They took their matchup on the road with ease, bagging a 81-41 win over Millersburg. Halifax is really starting to get used to good results now that the team's won 11 straight.
Millersburg lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Kamdyn Heintzelman, who scored 12 points along with five rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Carter Sass, who scored eight points along with seven rebounds.
Halifax's victory was their sixth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 15-2. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 70.5 points per game. As for Millersburg, their loss dropped their record down to 8-11.
Halifax will head out on the road to take on Line Mountain at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Millersburg, they will be playing at home against Juniata at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another in Pennsylvania (Juniata is ranked 629th, while Millersburg is ranked 645th).
