Warwick has gone a perfect 3-0 against Governor Mifflin recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Thursday. Kate Shaak spent all six innings played on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered four earned (and two unearned) runs on four hits and racked up 12 Ks.
On the hitting side, MaKenzie Szobocsan was incredible, going a perfect 5-for-5 with three runs, one triple, and two RBI. That triple marked the first that she has hit this season. The team also got some help courtesy of Makya Botek, who went 3-for-4 with two runs, one triple, and two RBI.
Warwick always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .595. The last time their OBP was this high was back in April of 2025.
Meanwhile, Governor Mifflin came up short against Wilson last Wednesday, falling 10-2.
Abbigail Brunelli was cooking despite her team's loss, going 1-for-3 with one home run.

Governor Mifflin's pitching crew has a crucial task ahead of them: Warwick has hit smart this season, having averaged an OBP of .481. It's a different story for Governor Mifflin, though, as they've only averaged .352. Will they be able to contain Warwick's hitters?
Everything went Warwick's way against Governor Mifflin in their previous matchup back in April of 2025, as Warwick made off with a 10-0 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Warriors since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
