Redeemer Christian found their leader in sophomore Graidy Hughes, who shot 5-for-9 from downtown and dropped a double-double on 32 points and 12 rebounds. Meanwhile, First Christian was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They lost 83-59 to Westwood Christian. The Lions were down 66-43 at the end of the third quarter, and things only got worse from there.
First Christian's loss dropped their record down to 4-15. As for Redeemer Christian, their win bumped their record up to 6-17.
