Del Sol waltzed into their matchup on Tuesday with five straight wins... but they left with six. They blew past the Pinecrest Academy Cadence Cougars 17-1. The Dragons might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won nine contests by eight runs or more this season.

Del Sol's victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 10-7. The home wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.3 runs on average over those games. As for Pinecrest Academy Cadence, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost nine of their last ten games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-13 record this season.
