Despite the loss, Pensacola Catholic saw an underclassman step up: Jenecia Swindell scored eight points along with three steals. That was a full 34.8% of Pensacola Catholic's points, marking the third time in a row she's earned more than a third of the team's points.
Milton's victory bumped their record up to 6-8. As for Pensacola Catholic, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 5-10.
Milton will be playing at home against Calvary Christian Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
