Braymer is 3-0 against Higbee since January of 2022, and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Monday. The Braymer Bobcats will head out on the road to challenge the Higbee Tigers at 6:00 p.m. Each of these teams will be battling to keep a three-game winning streak alive.
Last Tuesday, Braymer took their match at home with ease, bagging a 46-11 win over Tina-Avalon.
Meanwhile, Higbee stacked a 14th blowout win onto their ever-increasing hoard on Monday. They claimed a resounding 65-30 win over Norborne at home. Given Higbee's advantage in MaxPreps' Missouri basketball rankings (they are ranked 165th, while Norborne is ranked 446th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
Braymer's win bumped their record up to 11-7. As for Higbee, they are on a roll lately: they've won 11 of their last 12 matches, which provided a nice bump to their 17-3 record this season.
Braymer didn't have too much breathing room in their game against Higbee in their previous matchup back in February of 2023, but they still walked away with a 47-43 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for Braymer since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
