Ben Mitchell made a splash while hitting and pitching. On the mound, he tossed two innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. He has been nothing but reliable: he hasn't given up more than two walks in five consecutive appearances. He was also stellar in the batter's box, firing off two home runs, four RBI, and one double while going 3-for-4. That's the most home runs he has posted since back in April of 2024.
In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Kyle Ziebell, who went 2-for-3 with one home run, two runs, and one double.
