Woodmont Gets a Boost from Belcher in 49-21 Loss
Starting off the list is Woodmont's Ezekiel Belcher, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Belcher rushed for 224 yards and two touchdowns while picking up 10.7 yards per carry. His rushing production has been exceptional recently as that marked his fourth straight game with at least 118 rushing yards dating back to last season.
Woodmont is on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-4. Belcher and Woodmont will face off against Greenwood at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.

Ladainnian Martin was instrumental in extending J.L. Mann's winning streak to three on Saturday. Martin did his part (and then some), rushing for 99 yards and a touchdown, while also picking up 66 receiving yards and a touchdown for the 'W'.
For the year, Martin has caught those 1 touchdown while averaging 28 receiving yards per game.

Na'cyus Morrison Makes It Two for J.L. Mann
Another J.L. Mann player making an appearance on this list is Na'Cyus Morrison. He rushed for 40 yards and two touchdowns.
Morrison is probably looking forward to his next game, a home matchup against T.L. Hanna on Friday. Back in October of 2023 (the last time Morrison saw the Yellow Jackets), he rushed for 70 yards and two touchdowns on only eight carries.

Hillcrest moved to 4-1 with that defeat, which also ended their four-game winning streak. Nance will have a chance to log another big game when he takes on Easley on Thursday.
