It was fun while it lasted, but MOT Charter's undefeated season came to an end after six games on Monday. They took a 61-50 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Marshall Academy Panthers. The matchup marked the Mustangs' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Having lost for the first time this season, MOT Charter fell to 6-1. As for Marshall Academy, they now have a winning record of 5-4.

MOT Charter will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Glasgow at 5:00 p.m. on January 10, 2025. As for Marshall Academy, they will head out to face off against Brandeis at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday.
