Football Recap: Florida State University High School Skates Past Godby with Ease

Florida State University High School never let their opponents score on Thursday. They blew past the Godby Cougars 33-0. Considering the Seminoles have won four matchups by more than 20 points this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.

Danielle White continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines, picking up 153 receiving yards and three touchdowns, while also rushing for 63 yards and one touchdown. She showed off some serious burst, connecting on a big catch for 68 yards. Another player making a difference was Annelise Cardenas, who threw for 169 yards and three touchdowns.

Florida State University High School didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Kiya Williamson and White. Williamson got in on the action too, converting a pick into a touchdown.

Florida State University High School's win bumped their record up to 4-1. As for Godby, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-2.
