 Meanwhile, Mountain View got themselves on the board against Mesa on Wednesday, but Mesa never followed suit. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Jackrabbits 39-0. The Toros haven't had any issues with the Jackrabbits recently, as the game was their third consecutive  win against them.
 Campo Verde's victory bumped their record up to 11-1. As for Mountain View, their win bumped their record up to 6-2.
