RT Winters looked comfortable as he tossed two innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. He also tossed a walk, which is notable because Lafayette is undefeated when he allows at most two walks, but 3-4 otherwise.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Clinton, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Tuesday. They came out on top against Center Hill by a score of 10-7 on Tuesday.
Parker Burrow was a major factor while hitting and pitching. On the mound, he tossed two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. Burrow was also solid in the batter's box, getting on base in all three of his plate appearances with two runs and one double. That double marked the first that he has hit this season.
In other pitching news, Gage Temple looked comfortable as he tossed one inning while giving up no earned runs or hits. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than one earned run any time he's pitched this season.
Back at the plate, Wesley Warren was incredible, going a perfect 2-for-2 with two stolen bases, three runs, and two RBI. Another player making a difference was Brayden Johnson, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with three RBI and one run.
Clinton was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .429. That was just more of the same: they've now posted a batting average of .321 or higher in four consecutive contests.
