Flagstaff's game  on Wednesday was a  loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them  on Friday. They never let the Estrella Foothills Wolves get on the board and left with  a   16-0  victory. The result was nothing new for the Eagles, who have now won 14 games by seven  runs or more  so far this season.
 Mia Garcia was a  major factor no matter where she played. On the mound, she  pitched three innings while giving up   no  earned runs or  hits. Garcia was also big at the plate,  going 2-for-3 with two  RBI, one  run,  and one  double.
 In other batting news,  Mayla Speer was a standout: she went 1-for-2 with one  home run and two  runs. Another player making a difference was  Sophia Garcia, who  went 2-for-3 with one  home run and two  runs.
 Flagstaff  lost a few balls and  finished the game with two  home runs. That's the most  home runs they've posted since back in March of 2024.
With the  win, Flagstaff broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 16-9-1. As for Estrella Foothills,  they are  on  a  three-game losing streak  that has dropped them down to 5-21.
 Coming up, Flagstaff will head out on the road to  challenge  Goldwater  at 3:45  p.m.  on Monday. The Eagles' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Bulldogs have averaged an impressive 7.5  runs per game this season. Estrella Foothills does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
