After only ten points in their last game, Central Kitsap made sure to put some points up on the board against North Thurston on Saturday. Central Kitsap walked away with a 35-26 win over North Thurston.
Meanwhile, Lakes' recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Friday after their fourth straight loss. They took a 27-13 bruising from Mount Tahoma.
Central Kitsap's win bumped their record up to 3-6. As for Lakes, they now have a losing record at 4-5.
Central Kitsap beat Lakes 30-23 in their previous meeting back in September of 2018. One of the biggest obstacles trying to stand in the way of that victory was Lakes' Liam Bladow, who threw for 323 yards and a touchdown, and also punched in a rushing score.
