Streetsboro has gone 9-1 against Ravenna recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Rockets will be playing in front of their home fans against the Ravens at 5:00 p.m. Streetsboro is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 7.3 runs per game this season.
Streetsboro will bounce into Tuesday's contest after beating Springfield, who they had gone 1-8 against in their nine prior meetings. The Rockets put the hurt on the Spartans with a sharp 16-4 win on Tuesday. The high-flying hitting performance was a huge turnaround for the Rockets considering their two-run performance the game before.

Amy Rein was a major factor while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she tossed five innings while giving up three earned (and one unearned) runs off six hits. What's more, she posted four strikeouts, the most she's had since back in May of 2025. She was also stellar in the batter's box, going a perfect 3-for-3 with three RBI, two doubles, and one run.
In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Olivia DeToro, who got on base in three of her four plate appearances with three runs, one stolen base, and two RBI. That's the most runs she has posted since back in March. Another player making a difference was Ashleigh Denvir, who got on base in three of her four plate appearances with two runs and one RBI.
Streetsboro was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .435. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Springfield only posted a batting average of .273.
Springfield hit Ravenna with a four-run third inning on Monday, which goes a long way in explaining the final result. The Ravens lost 7-1 to the Spartans. The Ravens have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Ravenna saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Jordan Trego, who went 1-for-3 with one RBI.
Streetsboro now has a winning record of 6-5. As for Ravenna, their loss dropped their record down to 2-10.
Ravenna's pitching crew has a crucial task ahead of them: Streetsboro hasn't had any issues making contact this season, having earned a batting average of .331. It's a different story for Ravenna, though, as they've only averaged .234. Will they be able to contain Streetsboro's hitters?
Streetsboro beat Ravenna 7-3 in their previous meeting back in April of 2025. Do the Rockets have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Ravens turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
