Butler won the last time they faced Chambers and things went their way on Thursday too. The Bulldogs put the hurt on the Cougars with a sharp 3-0 win. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Bulldogs.

Butler's victory bumped their record up to 6-1. As for Chambers, with the loss, they broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 3-2.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Butler will challenge rival North Mecklenburg at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Chambers is set to face off against their familiar foe Independence at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
