Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Bishop Feehan walked away with it. They secured a 31-27 W over the Bridgewater-Raynham Trojans on Friday. Winning may never get old, but the Shamrocks sure are getting used to it with their ninth in a row.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Bishop Feehan to victory, but perhaps none more so than Xavier Baker, who rushed for 79 yards and a pair of scores, and also picked up 77 receiving yards. Another signal caller making a difference was Owen Mordas, who threw for 178 yards and two touchdowns.

Bishop Feehan's win bumped their record up to 9-1. As for Bridgewater-Raynham, their loss dropped their record down to 7-4.

Bishop Feehan and Bridgewater-Raynham should be looking forward to their upcoming games as both have a sizable advantage in the MaxPreps Massachusetts Rankings. The Shamrocks will face off against Bishop Stang at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday with a big rank advantage (13 vs. 149). Meanwhile, Bridgewater-Raynham (ranked 33rd) will meet Brockton (ranked 95th) at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday.
