The Harbor Creek Huskies will head out on the road to face off against the Fort LeBoeuf Bison at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Both teams are coming into the game red-hot, with Harbor Creek sitting on ten straight wins and Fort LeBoeuf on seven.
In Thursday's Canine Competition, Harbor Creek came out on top. Everything went their way against Meadville on Thursday as they made off with a 12-3 victory. Considering the Huskies have won ten matches by more than eight runs this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.

Addison Lucas spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered only one earned (and two unearned) runs on three hits and racked up 13 Ks. She has been consistent for a while: she hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in 12 consecutive appearances.
At the plate, Harbor Creek got a big performance out of Lacie Fortin, who went 3-for-4 with three RBI and one run. Another player making a difference was Arianna Denning, who went 2-for-3 with two runs and one RBI.
They weren't the only ones making solid contact: Harbor Creek kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 16 hits. They are a perfect 11-0 when they post 11 or more hits.
Meanwhile, Fort LeBoeuf made easy work of Titusville on Friday and carried off a 15-4 win. The Bison are also no stranger to big wins: their blowout was the 11th contest they've won by 6+ runs this season.
The team relied heavily on Ibree Rodgers, who went a perfect 4-for-4 with one home run, four runs, and five RBI. That's the most RBI she has posted since back in April. Mya Stolz was another key player, going 3-for-4 with one home run, three runs, and one double.
Harbor Creek pushed their record up to 13-4 with the victory, which was their seventh straight at home. Those home wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.6 runs on average over those games. As for Fort LeBoeuf, their record is now 18-2-1.
Tuesday's game might come down to which pitcher can control the ball better. Harbor Creek has hit smart this season, having averaged an OBP of .494. However, it's not like Fort LeBoeuf struggles in that department as they've averaged .441. With both teams so capable at the plate, fans should be ready for an impressive hitting performance.
Harbor Creek beat Fort LeBoeuf 4-1 in their previous matchup back in April. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Huskies since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
