Softball Recap: Eagle's View Wins Going Away Against ED White

Eagle's View won the last time they faced ED White and things went their way on Thursday too. Eagle's View put the hurt on ED White with a sharp 13-4 victory. The Warriors might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won four contests by nine runs or more this season.

Raghan Beckham made a splash no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound, striking out 11 batters over seven innings while giving up four earned runs off three hits. Beckham was also stellar in the batter's box, going 3-for-4 with three RBI, two runs, and one triple. That's the most hits she has posted since back in February of 2024.

In other batting news, Savana Clifton was a standout: she went a perfect 4-for-4 with one home run, two stolen bases, and three runs. She also put up a double, which was her first of the season. Kiara Jones was another key player, scoring three runs and stealing two bases while going 3-for-4.

The win made it two in a row for Eagle's View and bumps their season record up to 4-7. The victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 17.0 runs over those games. As for ED White, their defeat was their 12th straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-7.

Looking ahead, Eagle's View will host Wolfson at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Eagle's View will need to watch out since Wolfson has now posted at least ten runs in their last three matches. As for ED White, they will head out on the road to challenge Sandalwood at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
